Electronically Commutated Motors with Integrated Inverter
The demand for intelligent ventilation is imminent. ECI are brushless permanent magnet synchronous DC motors with integrated drive. Compared with AC variable frequency motors, ECI have greater advantages in energy efficiency, speed control, and MODBUS remote monitoring. These motors guarantee significant energy savings at variable speed, have efficiency beyond the IE5 values.
Three models are available depending on torque and speed requirement. we propose foot brackets and optional three arm brackets
The motor has IP65 protection against dust and water. A strong gasket protects the drive from elements infiltration. The inverter components and PCB board are embedded in a layer of epoxy. All inverter wires have JST connections which help to easily remove the inverter if necessary.
The ECI motor comes with two cables, one for power and the other for communication. The management of the EC motor with integrated inverter (ECI series) is extremely simple, it is not necessary to enter the motor data in the inverter, the drive card is already parameterized. These motors can therefore be managed simply as standard induction motors. They are controlled with RS485 or 0-10 volt for variable speed.
